On 6/13/09 @ t 12:01am(est), Facebook will allow users to create “Vanity URLS”. If your unsure what this is, think myspace, your myspace address turns from myspace.com/123409321 to myspace.com/user. This is basically what facebook is going to start allowing! Have a name you want? Well every second passed 12:01(est) your chances diminish.

ShowRSS is a unique 100% free service which will allow you to create a RSS Feed that will show when torrents of TV Shows(that you specify) are available. By default it will show normal rips(~350mb for 60 minute shows, ~170mb for 30 minute) however it can be configured to display 720p shows.
With RSS it is possible;
- to automate torrent downloading, so the shows will automatically download
- Set up email alerts so you know when your shows air, especially useful for when shows come back from their breaks.
How To:
- Go to http://showrss.karmorra.info/
- Click register.
- Fill in the required information, and register.
- Click on “TV Shows” in the bar near the top of the screen
- Choose the shows you would like to subscribe to from the drop down box
- Click “Feeds” in the bar near the top of the screen
- Click on “Get My Feed Request” button, you may change the settings this is where you can specify the quality you wish.
- Click on the link next to Feed Address and it will bring you to an RSS Page with the latest torrents of your shows!

SurfTheChannel is not your ordinary streaming video site, unlike most these people don’t host any video themselves. Instead they just find links to stream pretty much every TV Show possible and store them in a clean organized way. What I find even cooler about the service is they display the 10 most popular links of the day, making it easy to find a new show to watch. So whether you missed the latest episode of Lost, don’t have Showtime to watch Dexter, or just are plain out bored looking for something to watch head over to SurfTheChannel.com
