		<description>Gahh i just started maccas and i just finished training (im not that confident) i start my fourth shift on thursday and im stressing because im doing drive thru and i know that alot of cars ill be lining up and ohhh boy more verbel abuse. ON my first time at the front counter this old bitch was seriosuly going to tro a hot cup at me because it as 'tooo hot' i didnt even serve it for her.  any tip anyone could give me for people who work at drive thrus?</description>

		<description>Haha that is so true. We should have a course for drive-thru drivers. I've had people order Big Mac "deals/combinations/meals/meal deals" etc and it just takes forever to get the order done, when there's 6 cars behind him and he's sitting there thinking of what he wants. There's nothing like a simple order ... and patience. Using a clear, loud voice helps a lot. And having your change ready before hand also helps. I've had a customer pay me 3.45 in pennies, holding up an entire line for me to have it all counted out. Jeez I could go on forever ...</description>
