ON my first time at the front counter this old bitch was seriosuly going to tro a hot cup at me because it as 'tooo hot' i didnt even serve it for her. any tip anyone could give me for people who work at drive thrus? We should have a course for drive-thru drivers. I've had people order Big Mac "deals/combinations/meals/meal deals" etc and it just takes forever to get the order done, when there's 6 cars behind him and he's sitting there thinking of what he wants. There's nothing like a simple order ... and patience. Using a clear, loud voice helps a lot. And having your change ready before hand also helps. I've had a customer pay me 3.45 in pennies, holding up an entire line for me to have it all counted out. Jeez I could go on forever ... Haha that is so true.
