Get Up On Time!Do you have trouble waking up in the morning? Or getting out of bed?  Well you can simply fix that by using two alarm clocks! If you wish, you can use your cell phone as one.  What you do is have one alarm clock on your nightstand and another to a place where you would have to get up and physically turn off, such as your dresser.  Set the one on your dresser to go off 1 minute after the one on the nightstand.

It may help if the distant alarm clock annoys you and the first one is more peaceful, such as the radio and not a buzz. This hopefully will give you the motivation you need to get up and turn off the other alarm clock before it goes off.  And once your up the battle of staying awake/going to sleep is pretty much over!
