Washington - A Washington man who authorities said was caught on videotape repeatedly exposing themself to neighbors was being held in the Washington Corrections Center on Thursday.His identity has not been released, though he admits ownership to the popular tech-blog: Tutorial Ninjas. He faces eight counts of indecent exposure and one count of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Washington Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. John Murphy.
