This is what I use. Its free and it's only real limitation is the lack of control for frame rate and quality etc. Oh, and the clips can be 5 minutes or less. It'll post videos and photos to screencast site for a fee. Files as saved in .swf format with the jing logo at the end so I guess you could convert then in something like isqunt and edit the jing logo out. Good luck.</description>
