		<description>I disagree cutting is the worse one can do to a cable.  If it is a short cable and can be held by a twist tie(aka headphones) then folding will cause no harm.  If it was a fiber cable then thats a a different story.</description>

		<description>Folding is the worst one can do to a cable. Each type of cable has a max bend radius, beyond which it will take permanent and cumulative damage. It's better to roll 'em (not too tight).</description>
