- Take a garlic pill daily, garlic strengthens your immune system and has been used for more then 5,000 years!
- Make sure to keep your surroundings clean, the germs can live up to three hours on objects such as the keyboard, phone, and railing.
- If you ever think you catching a cold take some echinacea.
- Get your vitamin C too either by Vitamin or Orange juice.
- Eat healthy, a little fruit never killed anyone!
- Avoid people that are sick!

I heard that vitamin D is good for preventing a cold…the sunshine vitamin…go figure
