Tip TuesdayWant to stay cold-free this winter? Follow these tips to reduce your chances of getting a cold!

  • Avoid touching your face with your hands, the cold virus loves to enter your body via your eyes and nose!
  • Speaking of hands, wash them. Frequently.
  • Take a garlic pill daily, garlic strengthens your immune system and has been used for more then 5,000 years!
  • Make sure to keep your surroundings clean, the germs can live up to three hours on objects such as the keyboard, phone, and railing.
  • If you ever think you catching a cold take some echinacea.
  • Get your vitamin C too either by Vitamin or Orange juice.
  • Eat healthy, a little fruit never killed anyone!
  • Avoid people that are sick!

    yea, i drink orange juice every time i get sick and i get better really soon.

    I heard that vitamin D is good for preventing a cold…the sunshine vitamin…go figure
