If you own an iPod and would love to put some of your favorite YouTube videos on it to watch again later or showoff to friends, then perhaps this tutorial was written for you.

The problem everybody is having, is that they don’t know how to download videos from YouTube. If you do know how to download a video from YouTube, then your one step ahead of everybody else, because for this tutorial you wont even need to know how to do that!

The Goal:

• Put videos from the internet (from sites such as: YouTube, Google Video, Break.com, Metacafe, IFilm, and more!) onto your iPod (or iPhone) for later viewing.

What You Need:

• A video from a website (the URL to watch the video)
• An email address (so you can get the converted video emailed to you)
• iPod / iPhone (To watch the videos, at a later time)

The Process:

1. Get the URL of the video you would like to convert and put on your iPod.
2. Go to www.zamzar.com/url.
   Remember the website Zamzar? We talked about it a while ago. They now offer a free ONLINE (URL) file converter, so you can directly convert videos from the internet and get them sent to your email!
3. Paste in the URL of your video and click “Add URL”.
4. Choose to convert the file to “iPod” (or if you have an iPhone or iPod Touch choose “iPhone”).
5. Type in your email and click “Convert”!

It really is, that easy! Once the video has finished converting, wait patiently for them to email you the new file. You will find a link in the email that will bring you to a download page. Download the video from Zamzar and then upload it to your iPod!
